The Oklahoma Health Care Authority's Drug Utilization Review Board Meetings are subject to the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act (Title XXV, Oklahoma Statutes §§301-314) and are, therefore, open to the public.

A public comment period will occur at the beginning of each meeting or prior to the relevant agenda item. Parties will be limited to a five minute period, which may be followed by a question and answer time. Eight slots for public comments will be available for each meeting. Public comment will be limited to statements and/or providing information. A sign-up sheet will be posted (15) minutes prior to the start of each meeting.
