New Waiver Proposals - You Are Invited

This meeting is being held to meet with advocates and stakeholders to discuss the proposed new waivers; My Life; My Choice and Sooner Seniors.
OHCA is developing two new home and community based waivers to serve persons with physical disabilities and older persons with long term illnesses following their Living Choice transition from institutions. These new waiver applications must be submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for review and approval and OHCA will ask CMS to approve the waivers for implementation effective August 1, 2010.
